Qualifications to Become a Certified Clerk Eligible to Participate in the Responsible Wine Vendor Program
- Participant must be 18 years of age
- Must not have been criminally convicted of any violation of laws agaisnt possession , sale, manufacture , or transport of beer or other alcoholic beverages within the past ten (10) years.
- Must not have been convicted of any crime involving moral turpitude within the past ten (10) years
- A certified clerk must wear their name badge with their name on it identifying who they are at all times
